Directions:
- Wind damp hair onto perm curlers. Apply the Waving Foam and leave to develop.
- Rinse the hair.
- Apply the neutraliser lotion and leave to develop.
- Rinse the hair, apply Extra Softening Condition, rinse thoroughly
