This is the third fragrance in Beyonce’s portfolio, following Heat, and Heat Rush. Pulse is a representation of Beyonce's stage presence, who she often calls Sasha Fierce. Beyonce told ELLE magazine that Pulse ‘represents the woman I am on stage. When I think about excitement, it makes me think about my heart racing and a pulsating beat- it’s my stage persona’.

Beyonce Pulse opens with the sparkling top notes of Pear Blossom and Frosted Bergamot. The feminine heart notes features Blue Orchid, a first in the fragrance world, and also contains delicate Peony and Midnight Blooming Jasmine. The final base notes transform into a warm and sensual scent with Sapphire Wood, Vanilla Infusion and intoxicating Musk.
