Mother's Day Delivery Information

Although Mother’s Day is a very special time of year, the same normal delivery guidelines apply to anyone placing an order hoping to have it delivered before Mother’s Day. We therefore recommend the following order cut off times for those placing orders for Mother’s Day gifts;

Royal Mail Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – Midday Monday 8th March

Royal Mail Express Delivery (Next Working Day) – Midday Thursday 11th March

UK Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly & Channel Islands).

Free Deliveries are available when you spend £35 on a single transaction and you select standard delivery service.

Standard Delivery charges (3 - 5 working days) if order value less than £35 costs £2.95;

Express Delivery (next working day) costs £6.95.

European Delivery

We also deliver outside the UK for a standard overseas shipping charge of £5.00.

The following countries are included in our European Delivery zone: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Additional Delivery Information

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm.  Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.  Local bank holidays are excluded as working days.

When placing your order you may specify a different delivery address to your billing address.

If you are not in to receive your order a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local sorting office.

We will email you to inform you when the order has been received and when your order has been despatched.
